After you select a case to work on, you will be presented with this first screen. While the screen contents differ slightly depending on what activity you are viewing or requesting, the main header will mostly remain the same.
So let’s review what elements make up the main header. The main header is made up of two sections. At the top (under your mobile device single line info header), there will be two icons; a Back arrow/Back icon and a Pencil & Paper icon. Back will always take you back one display. For example, if you are navigating between content pages, selecting Back will take you back one page. Selecting the Pencil & Paper icon takes you to the Notes section of the app where you can enter personal notes at anytime, and group notes if the case you are working on is a group case.
The second section of the header contains static information about the Department, Program, and Group (if it is a group case, or the word “Individual” if not), as well as the case name and case number. Beneath the institutional information, are two colored boxes labeled TR and PR. TR refers to Tracking and that box will be green if tracking is enabled. PR stands for Progressive Release (Progressive Disclosure) and is green if it is enabled. If the either of the boxes are red, then that option is disabled.
Finally, at the bottom of the second section is a thick back line. This line is the “Progress Bar”. As you work through the case this line will begin to turn green from left to right. Case pages can be defined to be on a “Critical Path” – the most important content in the case. As you move from content to content, if the content is on the critical decision path then progress is updated on the progress bar.
